A jetted area with seating is also available in the warm water pool.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pool Rules<\/span><\/h3>\n<table id=\"_rules\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"10\" cellpadding=\"10\" align=\"left\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>1.<\/td>\n<td>The lifeguard has complete authority.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2.<\/td>\n<td>No running or horseplay.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>3.<\/td>\n<td>Starting blocks are for competition and instructional purposes only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>4.<\/td>\n<td>Only swimmers or class participants are permitted on the pool deck. \u00a0Spectators may watch from the viewing area.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>5.<\/td>\n<td>All swimmers are strongly urged to shower before entering the pool.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>6.<\/td>\n<td>All swimmers must wear attire designed for swimming and suitable for wear around families and children. \u00a0Cut-off jeans, tee shirts, shorts, and thongs are not allowed in the pool. \u00a0Only clean footwear designed for aquatic activity allowed in or around the pool.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>7.<\/td>\n<td>Children under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult &#8211; 18 years or older &#8211; in the pool area.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>8.<\/td>\n<td>Food, gum, drinks in glass containers, hair clips or pins, and adhesive bandages that are not waterproof are not permitted the in pool area.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>9.<\/td>\n<td>Instruction can only be provided during courses taught by CARC instructors.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>10.<\/td>\n<td>When more than one person is sharing a lap lane, circular swimming must be used.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Featuring a warm water pool, kept at 90\u00b0, and a six lane competition pool, kept at 80\u00b0, with spectator viewing area, our aquatics area is the only one of its kind of Garrett County!
