Kelli graduated from Penn State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and in 1999 with an M.B.A. She was a majorette in the Blue Band and has been a dance instructor and baton/dance judge for over 20 years. She completed Zumba® trainings in Basic 1, 2, Gold, Step, Toning, Aqua, and Circuit and badges in Core and Glutes. She has both Yoga and Personal Training certifications from ASFA® American Sports & Fitness Association.
Kelli’s approach to fitness is very mechanics and technique based. She applies her engineering background via body mechanics in her workouts because our bodies are machines and should function properly. In her free time, Kelli is very involved in her sons’ sports and loves to ski with them.
